Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

RegenPep is an Australian online retailer of research-grade peptides in prefilled pens, supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research. This policy explains how we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Questions and requests go to hello@regenpep.health.

2. What we collect

We collect only what is needed to run the store:
  • Orders— your name, delivery address, phone number, email address and the items ordered.
  • Accounts— your email address and a password (stored only as a one-way hash), plus your order history and loyalty points.
  • Newsletter— your email address, with the date and IP address of your confirmation, so we can prove consent.
  • Affiliate applications— the name, contact details and channel information you submit, and referral statistics if you are accepted.
  • Messages— the content of any WhatsApp or email conversation you have with us about an order.
  • Site analytics— pages viewed, device and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics (see Cookies below).
We do not collect card or bank credentials. Payment is made through a secure payment link we send you after your order is placed, so card details never pass through this website.

3. How we use it

To take, confirm, dispatch and track your order; to reply to your questions; to provide a Certificate of Analysis for your lot on request; to run the loyalty and affiliate programmes you have joined; to send the newsletter you have confirmed you want; to keep records we are legally required to keep; and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for direct marketing you have not opted in to.

4. Who we share it with

Only the services needed to operate:
  • Delivery carriers receive your name, address and phone number to deliver the parcel.
  • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) carries any support message you choose to send us on +61 413 542 348; Meta’s own privacy policy applies to that service.
  • Google Analytics processes site-usage data as described under Cookies.
  • Our email-sending provider processes newsletter addresses for delivery and opt-in confirmation.
  • Our hosting provider stores this website and its database.
Our servers may be located outside Australia, so personal information may be stored or processed overseas. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it in a way consistent with the APPs. We will also disclose information where the law requires it.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site uses a small number of essential browser-storage items (your basket, your sign-in session, and your acknowledgement of the research-use notice) and Google Analytics measurement cookies to count visits and understand site usage. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the store still works, though you may need to re-acknowledge the research-use notice. We do not use advertising pixels.

6. Security and retention

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. Passwords are hashed and cannot be read by us. We keep order records for as long as Australian tax and consumer law requires, keep newsletter unsubscribe records so your choice is honoured, and delete or de-identify other information when it is no longer needed. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete your account, or withdraw newsletter consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. We respond within a reasonable time and will explain if we cannot do something. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

8. Contact and changes

Privacy questions: hello@regenpep.health. We may update this policy from time to time; the date below shows the current version. Our Terms and Research-Use Disclaimer apply alongside this policy.
